Reservations & Booking Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful completion of the booking and required payment.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
- Boracay Peninsula reserves the right to contact the guest to verify booking details.
Rates & Payments
- Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise stated.
- Rates may vary depending on the room category, booking dates, occupancy, promotions, and applicable booking conditions.
- Payment terms depend on the selected rate and booking conditions.
- Any applicable additional charges will be communicated during the booking process.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 NOON.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
- Guests may be required to present valid identification and their booking confirmation upon check-in.
Cancellation & No-Show
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing their reservation.
- Cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation period may be subject to applicable charges.
- In case of a no-show, the applicable booking or cancellation policy will apply.
Room Occupancy & Extra Guests
- Superior Room: maximum occupancy of 3 guests; 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Bed; approximately 25 sqm.
- Standard Room: maximum occupancy of 3 guests; 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Bed; approximately 20 sqm.
- Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy applicable to their reservation.
- Extra person charge: PHP 1,500, subject to the property’s applicable arrangements.
- Extra mattresses are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of occupants declared in the reservation is accurate.
Child Policy
- Children 6 years old and below may stay free of charge under the property’s applicable child policy.
- A maximum of 2 children may be accommodated under the stated child arrangement, subject to room occupancy rules.
- Children aged 7 years and above are subject to applicable charges.
- Baby cots are not available.
Room Features & Views
- Superior Rooms may offer a pool view; this applies only to some rooms and is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
- Standard Rooms have no designated view.
- All listed room categories have a private in-room bathroom. Shared/public bathrooms are not applicable.
Pool Access
- Pool access is available until 7:00 PM only.
- Use of the pool and other facilities is subject to property rules, availability, maintenance requirements, and applicable operating schedules.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Superior Rooms have a rear balcony that may serve as the designated smoking area.
- Standard Rooms do not have a designated balcony smoking area.
- Guests must comply with all property smoking rules and applicable local regulations.
Special Requests
- Special requests, including extra mattresses, early check-in, late check-out, room views, or other arrangements, are subject to availability.
- Boracay Peninsula will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but requests are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the property.
Facilities & Services
- Facilities and services are subject to availability and applicable operating schedules.
- Certain facilities or services may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the property’s reasonable control.
Guest Conduct & Property Damage
- Guests are expected to comply with the property’s house rules throughout their stay.
- Guests may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party.
- Boracay Peninsula reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of serious misconduct, property damage, or violation of house rules.
Identification
- Guests may be required to present valid identification and their booking confirmation upon check-in.

Force Majeure
- Boracay Peninsula shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy
- Guest information will be handled in accordance with the property’s applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
- Information provided during the reservation process may be used for booking administration, guest communication, and other purposes necessary to provide the requested services.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Boracay Peninsula reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
- The applicable terms are those presented to the guest at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
