Before you arrive

House rules

A few simple rules that keep the resort relaxing for everyone.

  1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Requests for early or late check-in are subject to room availability.
  2. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the rear balcony.
  3. Please lock your room whenever you leave.
  4. For everyone’s safety, please don’t entertain unfamiliar visitors in your room.
  5. Overnight stays by non-registered guests or additional occupants are not allowed.
  6. Before leaving your room, please switch off the air conditioning and lights.
  7. Cooking in guest rooms is not permitted for safety reasons.
  8. Any damage or breakage in the room will be charged accordingly.
  9. Please deposit valuables at the front desk — the resort cannot be held responsible for lost items.
  10. Room keys must be returned to the front desk. Lost keys are charged PHP 300.00.
  11. Please avoid disruptive behaviour such as loud music or shouting.
  12. Henna tattoos can permanently stain sheets and towels; a fee is charged per affected item.
